Scenic NC Desktop Wallpapers

These scenic North Carolina photos were taken by my husband, Wayne, or me during our travels across the state with our children.

You may download these photos for use as your computer desktop wallpaper by following these instructions (note: these instructions are for Windows operating system on a PC):

  1. Right-click on the image of your choice, and select Save Target As… from the menu.
  2. Select a folder on your computer where you’ll save the file. Click Save and remember where you saved it!
  3. Go to your computer desktop and right-click. Select Properties from the menu, and click on the Desktop tab.
  4. Click the Browse button to locate the image you just saved on your computer, and click Open.
  5. Click Apply, then click OK.

Another way to do it: Click on the thumbnail image, which will open the full-sized picture in a new browser window. After the image has fully downloaded, right-click on it and choose Set As Background.
